and speak with one of the owners of Family First, Jim or Alex Kennedy,
or if you happen to get our answering machine, simply leave a message
with your contact information, return telephone number of course and
we will call you as soon as we are through helping others! Special
note: for customization of a system such as remote
speaker/microphone units, supervised photo electric smoke detectors
etc. You will need to call us.

NOW form below and fill out the fields. Don't worry if you do
not have all of the answers for every field. we call each of our
online orders by telephone to get answers to any of questions that are
pertinent to activating your service so that it can be shipped
immediately. We can update or make any changes remotely while it is in
transit to you or after your service is online. We will also let you
know when you will be receiving your equipment.

Special Note We process
orders the same day that they are received, (if we receive your order
before 2:00PM Central Time on any weekday and before 10:00AM on
Saturdays) we promise to ship the equipment on that day. If you have
chosen Express Delivery Next Day Mail,
you will receive your equipment the day after you submit this form.
If the residence
that we are shipping the equipment to is in a rural area, the U.S.
Post Office may not
guarantee Express Delivery Next Day Mail. We will notify
you regardless with the day and time you should receive it. If they
cannot guarantee next day and we still ship it express they will
guarantee that you will have it on the second business day. If you
choose Express Mail Next Day, the additional $18.00 difference to next
day mail the equipment is applicable regardless if you receive it on
the second business day. Once again, when you choose Express Delivery
Next Day Mail we will call you to upon receiving this form to let you
know when you will receive the equipment.
